How choose a condo to invest ?

Whenever investors like us invest in something, we always have to think “Exit strategy”. The exit strategy is to think about how to sell it.
If it is a condo, it is not important whether to live or lend it to someone. Whenever we purchase an expensive property, bear in mind that we need to purchase the property that is easy to sell, and does not decrease the value so much. Also, if typical individual purchases a condo, it is better to throw away the idea of living here for the rest of their lives.
The condos we invest in Thailand are properties near BTS or MRT Station. Compared to cities in other countries, Bangkok’s unique problem is traffic jams on the roads especially during rainy season. BTS, which is already under construction and extended construction, is an attractive infrastructure as it clears out all these problems. Also, living near BTS or MRT station is less susceptible to rain. One of our condo listing is on the old BTS Sukhumvit Line and the property is just within 40 minutes travelling to Phrom Phong Station. These things are considered as in high needs in the future, and we believe that this property is easy to sell.
In addition, Thai people prefer to buy new condos. It is also recommended to invest in properties that do not fall in value any more in second-hand condo. Since there are many properties with a wider floor plan than new ones, if you can buy them cheaply, if these properties are near the city district, if the decline is limited, then we think it is a property that is easy to sell.
